Microfiction Mondays Winter Edition
A winter edition of Microfiction Mondays will commence on Monday 1 June. We have already recieved some fantastic micro stories, and we've only just announced it, so we're looking forward to bringing you a banger first edition on the first day of winter!
Everyone seems to be sending in spooky stories this week, and the skies have been extra gloomy, so the microfiction theme for winter will be Scribbles from the Shadows.
Of course the theme is just a guide; you can write about anything you like. Don't let us tell you what to do! Be contrary – write about puppies and romance, or sunshine and surfing. Write about war or pretend you're a spy. Write us 150 words from the perspective of your cat or your wardrobe or your kettle. Just write something, and send it in!
Microfiction Mondays are for everyone, but they are especially for all of those people who say 'I'd love to write, but I just don't have time'. Don't let that stop you; if all you have time for is a Two Sentence Story, write it anyway and send it in. We'll be thrilled to publish it.
