Member Update: New member only content opt-in for writers – Important Updates re our upcoming radio event – Help Wanted with some one-off admin tasks pretty please!

Couple of updates.
Why is some content members only now?
This is to protect writers from bots. ALL CONTENT IS STILL FREE. I cannot stress this enough.
Some posts now require a FREE subscription to view, because some of our writers are receiving a crazy amount of bot slop emails, particularly targeting those of us with our socials and emails on our posts.
It's annoying, and intrusive, and so I offer every writer here the choice to have their posts made members only. Comment below if you have an opinion on whether this should apply to our collections or not.
Subscriptions remain free (with optional supporter memberships) and there will not be paid content at any point in the forseeable future.
Practice Session at the Pulse next week:
Please let me know if you plan to attend this session which will take place from 6:15 at the Pulse 68-70 Little Ryrie Street, Geelong (it's just behind the cinema). This will be a great opportunity to pick up some tips and tricks and to familiarise yourselves with the venue! (It's a really cool space; it's going to be a great night!).
Artist release forms need to be signed.
I haven't even sent these out to everyone yet. Which brings me to my next point.
Help Wanted!
GC has grown rapidly in the last few months and with it, the admin tasks. I need some helpful members to put their hands up to take on a few tasks. They will be one-off jobs and if I can divide them among a few members, they won't take a huge amount of time.

Current jobs that need doing:
-Distribute and collect artist release forms for the upcoming event at the Pulse.
-I need one or two people who are proficient at (or are willing to become proficient at) adding content to the posting portal to add a backlog of content. Some of it requires minor formatting and/or the addition of titles, author names, etc. It's pretty straightforward.
-Updating some of our info pages.
